Radnja was founded in 2017 by Antonio Karača as a space where theory and practice intertwine to foster professional development and successful collaboration within the field of graphic design.

Specializing in the design of visual identity systems, signs, and symbols, Radnja creates simple yet distinctive graphic solutions that directly communicate the values of organizations, products, or events. Alongside commercial projects, a significant part of its engagement is dedicated to civic initiatives fighting for human rights, public space, and the improvement of living standards.

An important aspect of its work includes informal educational programs through which Radnja continuously shares practical knowledge: from participating in the Digital Design Academy in Osijek and regularly collaborating on the Let’s Talk About Music program in Rijeka, to multi-year mentoring of high school students for the Environment Film Festival in Zagreb and holding an online course organized by the Cultural Center Požega. As part of these educational activities, Antonio also taught the Graphic Design course at the School of Art, Design, Graphics, and Clothing in Zabok.

Radnja also operates a small publishing house dedicated to the promotion of graphic design. It was launched with the aim of researching and documenting relevant practices in the field, most notably the graphic identification anthology yugo.logo by author Ognjen Ranković.
